# What are the NextGen Guilds?
### We’re here for you!
Communities drive projects, but active participation is not often rewarded. We're here to change that. We will define what it really means to be a community-driven project.
We'll help NextGen explorers easily find opportunities to contribute and get recognized in the ecosystem.
### Who are Guild members?
We're also going create a really close-knit community. At the end of the day, it won't be about all the cool shit we'll be building, it'll be about the shared NextGen experience and strong relationships formes along the way.
Tired of grinding endlessly with little or no rewards, guild members will be degenerates turned contributors; the next generation of avid learners and explorers in web3.
After spending countless days and nights grinding and hyping up projects only to be told fuck you in the end, NextGens will take matters into their own hands and exert full control over their own fate. Replacing hype-chasing for curiosity, NextGen explorers will seek out quests & adventures and full control over their own identity and image. You came here as a degen, become a NextGen explorer.
### What is the NextGen vision?
Getting talents recognized for their hardwork is at the core of everything the NextGen guilds stands for. If you're smart and talented but can't get yourself out there, we're here to help with that. We want to make sure people actually enjoy participation in the ecosystem because they know their efforts won't be a shot in the dark.
